Modern Maternal Mental Health Support for Moms

At The Motherhood Wellness Center, support is shaped around where you are right now. You will collaborate with a licensed therapist specialized in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as women's mental health.

Telehealth is secure, private, and flexible. You can connect from your couch, your office, or even from your car during nap time. You’ll get practical tools that fit real schedules, clear next steps, and steady support through the ups, downs, and in-between moments of motherhood.

We embrace the messy, unfiltered moments, not just the milestones. We support the authentic experiences that often go unnoticed.

A Safe Space for Maternal Mental Health Counseling

This is a space where you can speak openly without filtering your words or defending your feelings. A space to be seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Motherhood is hard, and you don’t have to justify why.

At The Motherhood Wellness Center, we focus on supporting mothers and mothers-to-be through expert maternal mental health counseling in Boston and throughout Massachusetts. Led by a licensed therapist who is also a mom and certified in perinatal and maternal mental health (PMH-C), you’ll receive care that fits your life.

Hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and the constant mental load can leave you anxious, disconnected, or not quite like yourself. Here, you don’t have to explain what it feels like to be touched out, overstimulated, or unsure of who you are outside of motherhood. We’ll walk with you with care, clarity, and compassion through each step forward.
